With the 360° Procurement and Supply Chain Assessment you gain an understanding of your procurement's maturity, strengths, and areas for improvement. Our goal is to find measures that improve results or cash flow by at least 100 times the service price. After the service, you will have a practical purchasing strategy and know what to focus on. The assessment is carried out with ProcuFit's own tool and interviews.

Together, we calculate your company's and your supply chain's CO2 emissions and identify the most effective ways to reduce emissions by at least 80% or even eliminate them completely. In the workshop, you will get an easy-to-use Excel tool that will also help your suppliers calculate and reduce CO2 emissions.
Price per workshop is 2500 €, excl. taxes and travel costs.
We assess the turnover of your inventories and accounts payable, compare it to benchmarks, and provide concrete ways to improve inventory turnover by tens of percent. Improving working capital turnover brings more cash flow, which you can use for investments, growth, product development, loan repayments, balance sheet improvement, or dividends.
